Dar es Salaam, Tanzania – Somalia’s newly appointed Ambassador to Tanzania, Ilyas Ali Hassan, was warmly welcomed in Dar es Salaam today, marking the beginning of his diplomatic mission. Following the reception, he proceeded to the Somali Embassy to prepare for the formal submission of his credentials to the leadership of Tanzania, a key step in officially beginning his tenure.
